Money 19th April 2021, today I have created my blog for my new barbering brief to do that I used blogger.com to create my marcel lvl3 barbering blog where I upload all my work for the barbering brief thats required by Sunderland college salon professionals dept, after creating my blog i started my brief interpretation where i gathered small but key information about the client, audiences and products they require.
20th April 2021, today ii have finished typing up my brief interpretation and gathered the key information which i require for my project and elaborated that the brief interpretation is helpful as a source of information about the project, audience and client.
Tuesday 20th April 2021, today I have started my existing product analysis in which I will be analysing two similar barbering tutorial videos that have been created previously. I analyse those videos to gather a idea of what my video should look like and what it should include. this also helps me with generating ideas on how to edit my video and how to form my cut aways. both of the videos are a skin fade which are performed by two different barbers. Wednesday 21st April 2021, I have completed my existing product analysis which were created by 3eversince support and David Falls I also looked at the pros and cons of both of the videos and what would I apply for my video.
22nd April 2021, today I have started my risk assessment in which I will be giving a small brief of what the production of the video will be like and who is included in the project, I will also tick/highlight the most common ricks that could occur on the recording set and make them as trivial as posible so its safe on site of the filming. I finished my risk assessment and shared it on my slideshare account where I then took the embed code and composed it into my blog post.
26th april 2021, today i used google forms to create a short 5 question survey asking my audience what hairstyles they prefer ect. for some reason i could not access teams to send the URL link so i improvised and emailed the link to a few people also took a photo of the URL and sent it via text for people to type it up in their browser and give me responses so i could understand my client and target audience.
28th April 2021, I have waited 2 days gather feedback of my surveys but only managed to get two response on the survey. this could have been caused by the technical difficulties while sending out the surveys.
30th April 2021, today I have crated and described my pre production, I used blower to type up all the necessary people and things that will be used for the making of the barbering video, I have written down the cast and crew, equipment list, location scouting, shot list, times and dates of the recordings, I have done that so I can have a idea of what is needed and what to expect on the day of the recordings also this has given me professional practice on arranging the tools required for on set.
25th may 2021, I have created my instructional video and uploaded it to youtube which then I uploaded onto blogger
